Terms of service

There are two things here. You fill in an application, and then you book a consultation call with me. It is a 30 minute call about where you are now, where you want to get to, and whether the two of us working together is the right move for you.

Nothing is for sale on this site, no payment is taken on it, and there is no account for you to create. Using it means you are agreeing to what is on this page. The legal name of the business behind this site is still to be confirmed.

The minimum age for applying is still to be confirmed, so for now please do not apply if you are under 18.

Apply for yourself rather than for somebody else, and use an email address that is genuinely yours. Everything about your call goes to it, and the link that opens my calendar goes to it first.

Answer honestly. I read your application before we speak and I plan the conversation around it, so an answer that is not true costs us both the half hour. If you get something wrong, write to me and I will fix it.

• WhenYou pick from the times I have open, shown in your own timezone. The earliest you can take is 24 hours from now, and the furthest ahead is 60 days.
• Changing itYour confirmation email carries two links. The one that calls the call off works right up until it starts and not afterwards, because a call that has already happened cannot be called off. The one that moves it keeps working, so a call you missed can still be put back on the calendar at another time.

Booking a call holds a half hour that nobody else can have, so if you are not going to make it, use the link and give it back.

Nothing on this site, and nothing said on the call, is medical advice. It is not a diagnosis, it is not a treatment, and it is not a substitute for care from somebody qualified to give it.

Speak to a doctor before you change how you train or how you eat, and especially if you are pregnant, injured, or being treated for anything at all. If something hurts while you are training, stop and get it looked at. You train at your own risk.

I cannot promise you a result. What you get out of training and eating differently depends on what you actually do, and on plenty that neither of us controls.

The photographs and the messages from clients on this site are real. They are a record of what happened for those people rather than a prediction of what will happen for you.

Booking a call does not sign you up for coaching, and it does not commit either of us to anything past the half hour itself. If we decide to work together afterwards, what that costs and what it includes is agreed between the two of us then. None of that is covered by this page.

The photographs, the messages from clients and the words on this site are not yours to reuse. Please do not copy them, republish them, or put them to work for anything of your own.

I will keep the site up and working, but I cannot promise it will never be down, and I can change or remove any part of it.

You can stop using the site whenever you like, and you can ask me to delete everything you have sent. The privacy policy says how, and what happens when you do.

I can decline to work with somebody, and that costs you nothing, because nothing has been paid. If I ever need to call off a booked call, I will email you to say so and ask you to use the link in your confirmation, because that link is the only thing that actually frees the half hour and stops the reminder.

The state whose law these terms are read under is still to be confirmed.
